Refund Policy

We understand that event plans sometimes change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all clients.

Cancellations Made 90+ Days Before Event

If you cancel your event more than 90 days before the scheduled service date, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the total quoted service amount. Any remaining balance (excluding the cancellation fee) will be refunded to you.

Cancellations Made Less Than 90 Days Before Event

If you cancel within 90 days of your scheduled event, your deposit is non-refundable. This helps compensate for the time we’ve reserved, planning efforts, and potential lost bookings.

Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate the new date, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations due to severe weather, emergencies, or situations beyond your control, we will review each case individually and may offer a partial refund or transfer of deposit depending on the circumstances and availability.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Please send all cancellation or refund requests to undoeventco@gmail.com. Include your name, event date, and booking details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of written confirmation.
