1. Services Provided

UN/DO Co. provides post-event teardown and logistics services, including but not limited to: decor packing, trash removal, vendor returns, short-term storage, and next-day delivery. Services are available in the Oklahoma City metro area, with mileage fees applied for jobs more than 25 miles from Choctaw, OK.

Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.

2. Booking & Payment

To secure your event date, we may require a deposit or written confirmation. Full payment is typically due before or on the date of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted forms of payment may include:

• Credit/debit card

• Electronic transfer (Venmo, Cash App, etc.)

• Invoice via PayPal

Failure to pay in full may result in delayed or canceled services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please notify us at least 90 days before your event to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 90 days in advance may result in a partial charge or retained deposit.

UN/DO Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to emergencies, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control. In these rare cases, we will offer a refund or alternate date if available.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details (location, timing, access instructions)

• Informing the venue or host that UN/DO Event Co. will be onsite post-event

• Ensuring packed items are safe to transport

• Alerting us to any items of high value or fragility

We are not responsible for damage to items not properly disclosed, labeled, or prepared.

5. Liability

While we take great care with your belongings and the event space, UN/DO Event Co. is not liable for:

• Items left unsecured or unclaimed at the venue

• Items not included in the agreed service scope

• Natural wear or minor damages during packing or transport

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue access issues

We carry liability insurance and always aim to handle your event with professionalism and care.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
